Start with the IND's (Immigration and Naturalisation Service) public register of recognised sponsors, searchable on ind.nl and updated monthly. Any company on it has been vetted by the IND on reliability, continuity and financial health and is legally allowed to sponsor highly skilled migrants or other work-related permits — being listed doesn't mean they're hiring right now, just that they can sponsor you if they want to. Use it two ways: cross-check a company before you apply, so you don't waste time on employers who can't sponsor at all, and cross-check again before signing an offer, since an unregistered "sponsor" promising a work permit is a red flag. Note there are separate lists for different permit types (highly skilled migrant, EU Blue Card, intra-corporate transfer), so check the one that matches your situation.
